Service Description

Oyyo provides an AI-powered workspace for insurance operations, including document processing, data extraction, workflow automation, and collaborative tools. Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with — not replace — human underwriting decisions.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of underwriting decisions made using Oyyo. While our AI agents provide recommendations and extract data, all final business decisions — including risk evaluation, pricing, and binding authority — remain with your authorized human users.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Oyyo. We retain ownership of the Oyyo platform, including AI models, algorithms, and software. Custom workflows and extraction schemas you create within Oyyo are your intellectual property.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as defined in their service agreements.
