When you use Oyyo, we collect information necessary to provide our services: your account details (name, email, company), the documents you upload for processing, and usage data to improve the platform.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide Oyyo's services to you. We process your documents using AI models to extract, organize, and structure your insurance data. We do not use your data to train public AI models.

Data Isolation

Each customer's data is fully isolated. Your documents, extracted data, and workspace are not accessible to other customers. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
